Madden 22 solo challenge error

I am on Xbox 1 when I try to play ultimate team solos an immediate message pops up saying the servers cannot process my request. Is there any fix for this I have been online and tried some fixes but ...

    *update* so after unlinking the other names on my EA account and playing the gridiron forge challenges, the other challenges unlocked for me hope it works for you too.

Is there still problems at ea because I still can’t play solo challenge or battles without the “our servers can’t process your request “ message and it’s all I get when trying to play solo challenges/battles I’ve tried restarting my system, my game, and even my router but it’s only solos I can still play h2h just fine

    did you try to create a new lineup and then play the solos?

      @satfreaktom264 Yea still says the same thing it’s kinda odd because I’m still able play mut h2h no problem

      Have had the same problem for weeks I can’t do any solos at all… very frustrating
