Madden 22 stuck on loading screen

Summarize your bug Everytime i try to load my brand new madden 22 it stays on the loading screen
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? by trying to load
What happens when the bug occurs? it doesn't load
What do you expect to see? i expect the game to load

    @GruffTomb same thing here. first on my xbox Series S and then even when i tried it on my regular xbox one. mine’s been since last wednesday

    Hi, @Harambe4Prez777  @GruffTomb 

    Thank you for reaching out and sorry to hear about it getting stuck on the loading screen. Here are some questions I have for you:

    • Does a power cycle with the console below fix it?
    • Do you have anything plugged into the console? Controller charging dock, external hard drive, cell phone charger, etc? If so, unplug anything connected to the console. If you are using an external hard drive, ensure all files are designated to the same storage device. I've seen files located on both the external and internal storage which can cause performance issues. 
    • Do you use a custom profile picture for your Xbox Gamertag? If so, try switching to the default versions Xbox provides. 
    • Do you have the console plugged into a surge protector? If so, remove it and plug it directly into the wall.
    • Have you tried re-installing the game?
    • Try visiting help.ea.com and sign in using the Microsoft sign in option. This will allow your Xbox account to sync up to the EA servers. Then try loading into the game. 

    How to power cycle your Xbox console:

    1. Turn off the Xbox One console by pressing the Xbox button  on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.
    2. Unplug the console’s power cable. Wait 10 seconds.

    Important Be sure to wait 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.

    1. Plug the console power cable back in.
    2. Press the Xbox button  on your console to turn on the Xbox One.

    Same issue here. I've tried restarting multiple times.
