I am having the same issue on PC.

Here is the error message:

An unknown error has occurred. Please try again.

I get the same problem for the Rodgers Boss game as well as the game following it.

Somehow it let me play the OBJ challenge after because it said it was perfect venue but when I went to chapter four it wasn’t unlocked. Yet it still says that AARON challenge for a complete yet I can’t do the boss challenge. So infuriating. They need to patch this. 

I tried again today and the issue persists. EA, please fix this so we can continue to play.

Still happening. 

This has been a known issue for a while now. There is another thread that addressed this two months ago and is still on going. Am surprised this thread hasn’t been pulled into the older one. The way it has been addressed so far is periodic statements (to paraphrase),

we (EA) don’t know how to fix this. If anyone knows a work around please let us know. In the meantime, we have no idea when (or if) this bug will be fixed. 

since the post there have been several title updates none of which resolve this issue. I don’t recommend holding your breath either. They (EA) already got your money. Someone did get a petition going. See link below.
