The same thing keeps happening to me. I have un installed and reinstalled 2 times, ran it through steam and origin, repaired it countless times, and ran it as an administrator and i still get the same error message. What can I do? I’ve done the router thing you suggested, and it still doesn’t work

Do you happen to be on a Linux network? A player was experiencing crashes because of PiHole.

I recommend checking your graphics cards for the latest drivers. I don't believe that is the cause of this but I noticed they could use the latest versions. I recommend GeForce Experience if you're not familiar with manually downloaded drivers from Nvidia's site.Are you both launching the game from Origin, Steam, or EA Desktop?
