I recommend checking your graphics cards for the latest drivers. I don't believe that is the cause of this but I noticed they could use the latest versions. I recommend GeForce Experience if you're not familiar with manually downloaded drivers from Nvidia's site.
Are you both launching the game from Origin, Steam, or EA Desktop?
I launch the game through steam.

Do you both have an alternative network option to connect to, such as a hotspot or VPN to determine if this is network related?- @EA_Blueberry Used my phones hotspot and ur still doesn’t work
