Madden 22 won’t download latest roster

Platform:Sony Playstation 4

What type of issue do you have? Gameplay
Which mode has this happened in? Ultimate Team
Which part of the mode? Seasons
Summarize your bug Problems downloading the latest roster. So the game won’t allow me to access online features
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Loading the game in
What happens when the bug occurs? Ask if I would like to retry the download but it still doesn’t work
What do you expect to see? A fix to this

Enter RAM memory size in GB I have 861.4 Gb and I’ve used 471.4 Gb

I’m not able to access online features for about a week now. Please help

    Do you have Origin and Madden set as exceptions for your anti-virus?

    You've tried a clean boot already, correct?

    Glad it worked out. That means there was some type of software conflicting with the download. A clean boot launches the PC with Windows essential software only, so if it happens again you might want to load up 1 program at a time to see what could be causing it.

    How do you clean reboot?. I can’t download the latest roaster either

    @Naopailuvsu 

    Can you check your Madden 22 folder and see if there is a roster file in there that you can delete so the game prompts a fresh install? A play that had this issue before found a corrupted roster file and after removing it the roster was able to be downloaded.
