Madden 22 xbox x, cannot play franchise mode, controller stays in center. & more

Madden 22 for Xbox series x. I cannot play franchise mode, KO mode, MUT challenges, etc... When i go to play game sin franchise mode against PC it puts controller in the middle and all i can do is simulate. When i try to play franchise game against play, it dashboards me and i have to restart madden 22 game all together. this has been happening for the last few days which ,in a nutshell, BRICKS madden 22 for me. 

I have already done the following:

1. I have deleted all game saves

2. I have uninstalled and re-installed the game totally.

3. I have cleared the MAC cahce.

4. I have created a new mut lineup, and followed all the steps. 

5. I have gone onto my linked EA accounts and i do not even have an option to "Unlink" my second account (Which i have had on there for my kid for years)

I am running out of options and patients for the main game i play on xbox. Please respond in time before this game becomes useless and future of maddens become less desirable.

    I am dead in the water and not able to play Madden 22 at all other than opening MUT and trading cards or opening packs. I cannot even play the rookie premier solo challenges to get my MUT23 Token for next years game and i know the time is running out. Please help assist as all of my troubleshooting has hit a dead end! 

    Also, i know alot of EA members have responded in other posts about unlinking second xbox account from EA shared accout. What does this do and when did this become a problem to have both on there? 

    PLEASE ADVISE before this game becomes useless

    how does this site help if NO one responds to help? I have lost all ability to play madden 22. Please help!

    what do you mean with "play against pc" when you are on xbox? play against ai? 

    did you test another controller?

    Yes agianst AI. I cannot play franchise cloud agianst AI and when I play my game agianst another user in franchise it dashboards me. I cannot play KO, I cannot play any challenges in MUT. What is odd is that I can do head time head online game. Any suggestions as EA service has not been able to figure it out.
