Madden 25 connection issue playing online head to head

I come here as a last resort I love the Madden games. But there is one thing that has been really ticking me off lately and it's gonna force me to stop buying this game. I'm connected with an Ethernet cable cat 6 and as I'm I'm playing online head to head I constantly get a message saying opponent has connection issue but they get their plays off they get the defensive stops on their end with "the connection issue" every 2-5 seconds. I then tried it wireless and the router is still right next to the PS5 and I'm still having the same issue with my opponents. Who are able to play a whole game with crappy internet connection but yet I'm the one who's suffering because it's stopping my game play.help.
