after my season 2 update all of my rankings/stats disappeared and haven’t returned. Figured I’d wait until season 3 but still the same. Is it something I did or is it just a bug. (Have played at least 1000 matches if not more but still no rank shows).
EA haa ripped us off. EA Help will lie cheat and steal your money. I have filed 7 cases since September. And they originally lied and said an update was sent out on October 11th and that I should check my updates. I checked and had everyone on my friends list to check and guess what. No updates were sent on October 11th. My game automatically updates all updates that are sent out. Now they are saying they have no new information. WE HAVE BEEN SCAMMED OUT OF OUR MONEY FOR THIS DAMAGED SOFTWARE AND THE PACKS WE HAVE BOUGHT. AT THIS POINT I WOULD LIKE THE $100 BUCK I SPENT ON THIS DAMAGED GAME AND THE MONEY I SPENT ON PACKS BACK. IF YOY CAN'T FIX A PROBLEM AFTER 2 MONTHS THEN YOU SHOULD OFFER A FULL REFUND TO EVERY MADDEN 25 USER. EA HAS TURNED INTO SCAN ARTIST. SELLING LEMONS LIKE A USED CAR DEALER.
