Madden 25 Not Connecting

Madden 25 won't connect to play. I've been trying for days now. Every time it says try again. Please help. Thank you.

@NHLQUICKS That happened at the game's launch and was eventually resolved.

Does the game freeze every single time you play it?

    It was never resolved cus it's still freezing

      Appreciate the detailed video of what you're experiencing from your end. 

      Do you use an external hard drive and instead of deleting the patch, have you tried deleting all data for the game and re-installed it?

      Do you have anything plugged into the PS3 at all? (Charging dock for the controllers for example or any other device?)

        Ya I did that and no I don't use a external hard drive with my PS3. Didn't even know you could do that
