Madden 25 Trait Broken

The Devlopment Trait Regression option will not stay off. When on the sliders below it are lit up, usually when turned off they lock so they can not be adjusted by going dim. But for some reason now even with the option off the sliders don't lock and do not turn off. I've tried everything I can think of to fix but nothing has worked. The setting was fine until about a month and a half ago.
