Madden 25 ultimate team

I’ve been getting packs and if I don’t open them right away they get lost as unopened packs and there’s no way to get them back! I have more than a few that it notifies that have not been opened and I cannot open them now because going to the packs page it says 0 available and to go to the store. My gamertag is AegusFang40 please fix this
