Madden 26 Glitch

I like to play owner gm mode where I set up the teams and just watch the games unfold. I have found that after halftime the game sometimes kicks out of observation mode and the team with the ball keeps getting delay of game penalties.  This has happened in other versions prior to 26 and is usually fixed in an update.  Can you please fix this in 26.  Thanks
