Madden 27 really needs to modernize the generated player face system, ideally aligning with the EA College Football head system and using AI or procedural generation. In Franchise, rookies often look far older than their listed age, heads are poorly proportioned to bodies, and after only a few drafts the league fills with identical PS2-era looking clones. This breaks immersion, especially during draft presentations. Other sports games like EA College Football, EA NHL, MLB The Show, and NBA 2K handle player generation far better, modern, much better effort to customization. Player identity is core to Franchise Mode and should be a huge focus for M27.
