MADDEN 27 ULTIMATE TEAM

I’ve had multiple players get stuck in the auction and have been for 3 days now. If this is such a big known issue, why hasn’t it been resolved yet?? My cards are losing value as the days pass and that’s makes me lose out on the value versus what it was when I put them up for Auction originally. ?????
