We have people in the US working our support channels until 10 PM EST every day. As far as account recovery goes, that's all done through opening a case as those specialists aren't available through chat, Twitter or Facebook.
It's ok to not know the answer to one question, but you need to provide enough correct answers to verify ownership. The absolutely only way to get the account recovered is to provide enough accurate answers in that form. There is no one to put you in contact with that can resolve this otherwise.
