Madden App Sold Item For Cheap

I tried to auction a 90 overall Bruce mathews that i just bought for 20 dollars . But i did not want him and so i tried to put him at auction for 250k and a glitch  put him at just 250 coins i Would like to get my card back especially since i spent money but also becase i earned him for getting level 50 and spending 20 dollars . I am very displeasured that this would happen and i love this game but i want what i have paid for .I spend a lot of money on this game and this unacceptable .
