Summarize your bug On the Madden companion app, my 90 overall John Elway was sold at minimum value when I was just looking at the values of what the card had recently sold for. Not sure how this occurred but ~250,000 in coin value was lost in the blink of an eye.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try going through the companion app yourself...I have since deleted and will not use the app again for fear of losing other cards...
What happens when the bug occurs? The card was put up for auction at minimum value
What do you expect to see? Did not expect to see anything but the recent sell values of the card.

To whom it may concern,
I would appreciate a reimbursement of the coins that I used to recently purchase the card which was 248,650. I do not think it was fair for the app to glitch out and sell my best card for minimum value. Thank you for your help in this matter.

Community ManagerThis is extremely unfortunate experiences to read and my sympathy goes out to all of you. We strongly advise using extreme caution when you're listing or buying items on the auction house as our Live-Support teams are not going to be able to reimburse for these situations. The development team implemented confirmation boxes to avoid accidental purchases and listings, please navigate the pop up menus accordingly.
If you are using the companion app, please report technical issues with it on our dedicated forum board here. For in-game auction house errors, this forum post is acceptable to continue adding to it.

I use this app everyday. And it just happened to me. same glitch, card I paid 425,000 coins for just sold for 150 and I never hit the button, just black screen when attempting to post to auction then it sold for 150 minimum. EA should make this right...it’s obvious this is happening in the mobile companion app at no fault of the seller
