This is extremely unfortunate experiences to read and my sympathy goes out to all of you. We strongly advise using extreme caution when you're listing or buying items on the auction house as our Live-Support teams are not going to be able to reimburse for these situations. The development team implemented confirmation boxes to avoid accidental purchases and listings, please navigate the pop up menus accordingly.
