Hey thereFirst sorry for my bad english, i will try to explain everything as good as i can.I have an issue about Madden NFL Companion App.Since the last update of the app it will not let me export my data of my cfm to my third party website.I tried several third party sites and none of them worked.I reinstalled the App several times and used different devices (Huawei P8 Lite 2017 & Samsung Galaxy S4 mini) but nothing helps.This is the error message i got. The wifi connection is active and internet is working too.I asked several guys at a facebook group for Madden NFL 18 and they got the same issues.It seems to be broken since the last update on March 21, 2018Please fix this issue so we can export our data

@ZMOOSE278@kincannon1@spyder3909@lettheleadbuildFor Android there is a new update, Version 18.2.1, released on April 10, 2018, which solves the problem for me.There is still an error exporting Roster, but the Data will be fetched at all.I think there will be an update for iOs too, but i can not say it with 100%

To add to this ticket, the export fails when exporting weekly stats. League Info and Rosters successfully export for me.

I have the same issue. I just wish they would fix this like yesterday or just revert to the previous version. Not sure what the new update really brought us anyways, other than breaking one of the only functions that people use this app for.
I hope this gets fixed soon.

I got a little workaround to solve the problem for me and to update my data on my website.
I found an older Version [Non-official link Removed - Admin.]

18.0.2 instead of the new one 18.2.0, so i uninstalled the Version 18.2.0 from my device and than i installed the older Version 18.0.2.
This works fine for me and i can update my website.

There is an error too, in this version, you get a critical error when exporting Rosters, but the file is generated and i can download it, so it seems to be an error i can ignore.

His solution appears to work. But only for Android devices. Does anyone have an iOS link for the previous version 18.0.2
