Madden Companion App Data Export not working since last update

Hey there

First sorry for my bad english, i will try to explain everything as good as i can.
I have an issue about Madden NFL Companion App.
Since the last update of the app it will not let me export my data of my cfm to my third party website.
I tried several third party sites and none of them worked.

I reinstalled the App several times and used different devices (Huawei P8 Lite 2017 & Samsung Galaxy S4 mini) but nothing helps.


This is the error message i got. The wifi connection is active and internet is working too.

I asked several guys at a facebook group for Madden NFL 18 and they got the same issues.

It seems to be broken since the last update on March 21, 2018

Please fix this issue so we can export our data

    For Android there is a new update, Version 18.2.1, released on April 10, 2018, which solves the problem for me.
    There is still an error exporting Roster, but the Data will be fetched at all.

    I think there will be an update for iOs too, but i can not say it with 100%

    Tried the new update... I get the check mark "complete" but the export itself is not complete. I only get the score of 1 game per week, with stats for only 1 of the 2 teams involved

    There was an “update” for IOS to 18.2.1 saying exporting should be good now....well it’s not. Please fix this issue.

    Update says it "works" but doesnt. Stats arent right. You get one score and weekly stats but the season stats dont update. FIX IT PLEASE

    Hello EA

    Thanks for making so many great games!

    I’d like some assistance from you regarding Madden 18 Franchise leagues.

    We have a great franchise going on at the moment in Madden 18 into our 3rd season. We will probably get in a fourth before the release of Madden 19.

    It would so cool if you could import the current rosters that we have into Madden 19 and carry on our franchise and I’m sure many other well run franchises would say the same - maybe drafting the NEW real 2018 rookies in the first season and then carrying on with fictional draft thereafter.

    Is this possible? I note that in the game you can import rosters? But how do you export them in the first place?

    I and many other users would be very grateful for your consideration on this.
