    Hey what's up, @colbydog12345 

    Do you play with a controller plugged into the console or using it wirelessly? We haven't really seen any reports about this so it leads me to believe you'll need to update the controller's firmware through the console settings or consider resetting it through the settings as well.

    You can assign controllers to Gamertags. I don't know if you have that configured but if you do you might want to remove that to see if there is any difference.
