Madden crashes my PC shortly after trying to get in a solo in MUT

I encountered this problem last year in madden 20 and just gave up after no luck figuring this out. I start madden load into MUT then when i go to play a solo it crashes my entire pc shuts the whole thing off and then it restarts. I don't have trouble playing other games and have a good computer. Attaching my DxDiag to see if there are anything obvious. Also to note i played Madden 19 all year long 2 years ago and never had this problem.

    UPDATE: so i finally figured out the problem was a bad driver on my Graphics card, but you can't just reinstall the driver. you need to use a Driver Display Uninstaller. i used DDU which i had found someone recommend on another thread in the madden tech issues forums.  This worked like a dream after using the program to uninstall and then i reinstalled the most current driver and make sure to click the clean install option while doing this. Hope this helps anyone in need.

    Nothing really bad in your Dxdiag but there are network related errors at the bottom that I think the combo of System File Checker and possibly Windows Updates will help with.

    Thank you for your quick reply. I did the following and I am still getting this problem I did a bunch of research last night and I think it may possibly be a PSU problem. I have a 750w currently and am going to upgrade to a 1200w PSU. I will let you know if that fixes my problem.

    @EA_Barry So i did a check on my PSU and it's fine any other ideas what it could be? Something happens when i load madden 21 and it happens within 10 minutes every time just sends me to black screen and restarts my computer. I am so baffled at this point.

    PC Madden 21 every time I do a solo or h2h my game crashes and I receive nothing I contacted support about the larry Allen challenge as well did it 2 times and no rewards (didn't crash) this game at launch is a buggy mess so far anyone else having issues with crashing.

    i have the same problem however mine crashes after the game is over and i have tried all of the solutions you have given and it still crashes after every solo/h2h/franchise game and /face of the frabchise game

    @greyHunter898 Yes, same here (PC). After every MUT challenge or Solo Battle the game says "WAIT" then crashes. This has been happening for a few days now and I'm sure it's impacting many other gamers. When will this be addressed ?
    Sorely disappointed.
