Madden crashing every time after finishing Franchise game...again

Summarize your bug Try to Finish a Franchise game after slow sim, and it crashes EVERY time. This was fixed a month ago after bugging out for weeks after launch, but the bug has been re-introduced and renders the game useless as a Franchise player.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Slow sim a franchise mode game and then when it's over, try to finish it and get back to main franchise screen. Bet you can't.
What happens when the bug occurs? Errors out in blue screen and doesn't save game.
What do you expect to see? THE GAME NOT TO CRASH 100% OF THE TIME WOULD BE AMAZING

EA re-introduced this bug during the last patch, and I'm betting thousands of players are experiencing it...again. Can't play the game at all if you're on Franchise mode. PLEASE FIX FOR GOOD THIS TIME!
