Madden freezes when I try tp purchase points.

For the past week, anytime I click on how many points I would like to purchase for MUT packs, the game freezes. There are promo packs that I would really like to buy but haven't been able to. Please help!

    When I try to buy points the system freezes and I have to close the program to "reset"
