madden keeps scrolling down

can i please get some help!! 

i just bought madden 22 on the origin store, but when in the game menus it keeps scrolling down no matter what i do i have tried pretty much everything.. this happens both in madden 22 and fifa 20 both bought on origin store..

the games are completely unplayable since i cant even so much as navigate the menus and the issue persists when i get lucky enough to get in game.. 

i have tried completely disconnecting my controller and disconnecting my microsoft xbox adapter for the controller on pc, so that i just have my keyboard and mouse connected, but nothing works no matter what i try

PLEASE HELP

    @DasPanters Can you disconnect any other usb devices and restart, then check if this continues?

    Do you mean all USB devices including keyboards, mice + other things such as steering wheel and pedals?

    That is not possible for me since my mouse keyboards are all USB.  Can't control the computer without them.
