Madden MUT Head to Head

I can't take this BS anymore.. My head to head has been down since Thursday night and you still haven't fixed it.. I have dropped in rank from 120's to 220's now.. I have spent a fortune on packs and can't even use them. I am one of the first people to post this issue on this site and I have contacted you guys 4 times already.. I did NOT but this game to do solo challenges or to play off line I bought it for the MUT mode and now thanks to some BS glitch I am stuck here idle while everyone passes me by in the standings... How the hell can a whole segment of a game just disappear? Did you guys push the release date to make that nfl money? I have been an Ea fan forever.. You guys need to make this right NOW!! Before you lose me and the other 100's of people that have posted after me..

    there is a 6 page thread with this exact info on it...its crazy how long this has been happening, i've only been affected for 5 days, but i know some poeple have had it for over a week!
