Madden NFL 18 BUG - Coach mode not working

Product: Madden 18
Platform:Sony Playstation 4
Which console generation do you have? PlayStation 4
Which mode has this happened in? Franchise Mode
Which part of the mode? Cloud
Summarize your bug When you select coach mode so the QB automatically throws the ball in settings and save it does not work in any mode.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Pick a passing play a QB and dont touch any other button and he will just stand in the pocket and not throw the ball when he should.

What do you expect to see? The QB make his read and automatically throw the ball without the user input

    I'm having the same issue. The quarterback will not throw the ball in any mode if you have it on Coach/owner. I reported the issue to an EA customer service representative. He didn't know why it wasn't working and he can give me no answer as to when it might be fixed. Being that coach mode is the only mode I play on the game it is useless to me if this problem is not fixed. I just played last night and I had no issue. But this morning, around 11 a.m. on December 18th, I loaded the game and went to play a franchise game against the Panthers with my New Orleans Saints. My quarterback steps back, sack. After 15 minutes frustration I realized it was a glitch. Please fix the problem.

    Same issue here!  Looks like EA has stiffed us again!
