I have had three games in a row in which I fumbled at least 3 times one in which I fumbled 6 (3 in one play). My opponent scored off of 3 of those fumbles leading them to win the game. There is no reason I should fumble every time I touch the ball I got to a point where I was dropping to the ground before I got hit so I wouldn't fumble.
