Madden NFL 20 glitches

There are three things in franchise mode I have a bunch of problems with that is ruining my experience which may be across every game mode but I can only speak on franchise and cloud franchise game modes. 

1. Why am I only able to have three x-factors on the field at one time. It completely defaults my 4th earned rookie superstar xfactor wr to just a superstar, (who might I add were given running back zone abilities like my qb was which makes no sense), so now the grind to make him a superstar xfactor is pointless unless I trade one of my other three. If you are going to keep it to where only three can play, please let me pick the three before every game if I have more than four xfactors. Or just let them all be on the field. It's not like it is not hard to get and maintain them so it wouldn't mean anything to have more than three. Ruins the thrill of grinding to an xfactor if I can not use them. 

2. Please make the rookie simulated drafts more random and with better talent. Also, randomize qbs throwing types that way everyone does not throw the same please. 

3. Please fix the glitch where every dev. Trait player receives the same xp for practices and achievements as every other trait. A superstar should develop like a superstar. (Also, please allow us to be able to mold players into the traits better that we want please. Doesn't make sense how I can do route running upgrades the whole time and still get a double me xfactor). 

Please address these issues as soon as possible.
