Connecting your console to the router directly with a cable is preferable to Wi-Fi.
Mine does the same and it is persistent. Just bought the new Madden still the same. I have it hooked up via LAN...still happens. Only Madden. I speed test my connection its getting well over 100Mbps...so it is not an internet issue
