Summarize your bug Once the combine questions have been asked (QB or RB) and which team, the screen just goes black. I can pause the game and see the pause menu but the game never continues. Chose to stay on for a second year and swith to RB. Have tried selecting to switch back to QB or remain as running back and both choose team or let sim decide, both give me the same result.

it’s been like this since it came out, i’ve contacted EA Help twice and they haven’t helped at all, i really want to play and it’s starting to concern me it’s going to be like this when the full game comes out and i already paid for the $100 version.

Summarize your bug The game goes black and it makes me reset my pc. It happens in every mode and I lose every h2h game because by the 2nd it goes black

I want to know why the game keeps going into the black screen making me reset my entire pc. I’ve seen others having this same error and I followed steps like updating my drivers but it didn’t do anything. Is this getting fixed or what other options do I have

Summarize your bug When I try to start the game and hit any button the screen goes grey and gives me the ps4 notification “gameplay recording paused because you have entered a blocked scene”. I read on the internet to turn off the internet connection to proceed but this does not work because the trial requires an internet connection

Nothing to add 

this is gonna sound annoying, but i was able to get it to work by hitting the menu button and quitting the FOTF mode and reloading, sometimes it takes as many as 4 or more loads to pass the screen, but i was able to do it up to the NFL, the strong arm QB bug stopped me from playing farther so im not sure about cutscenes after that point

Summarize your bug As I am getting into the game the screen will suddenly turn dark and it will say blocking scene and will freeze the whole game.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? For me I just open the game and it happens after two minutes of having it opened.
What happens when the bug occurs? Two mins of having the game open

Summarize your bug I am stuck on the user agreement page. The screen goes dark and can’t get past that page.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? As soon you get to the user agreement page you’ll know cause screen gets dark and can’t move past that page
What happens when the bug occurs? I go to the user agreement wait 30 seconds screen will go dark a “block scene” notification will appear and won’t be able to do anything from there.
What do you expect to see? To get past the user agreement and into the game

Please help

Sadly I tried restarting 10-15 times, chose lots of different options,cchanged screen resolution and many other things to try get past it, which still didn't get me into the combine. 

I eventually started a brand new game which got me past the cut scene it was stuck at and to the combine. 

Managed to get to the third NFL game in rookie year with no further errors so far.
