    @ryanwoodward20 I had to go to the microsoft store on my xbox and search for madden and there i saw it for Series X/S and it said i already owned it so i just downloaded it. There was no notification and i downloaded an entirely new game not an update. There are now 2 versions on my series x, the xbox one version and the xbox series x/s version. I hope that help you find it.

I bought a physical copy of the deluxe edition. I got no alert to update my game. How does this work? I even Uninstalled and reinstalled. My version says Trial on it. Not sure what to do

Good news! The team is aware of this and seemed to find what's causing this to happen. They're still working on it and we'll let you know when we find out more. We apologize for any confusion and we're working to get it up and running for players ASAP.

      I bought a physical copy of Madden 21: Deluxe Edition. I have ejected the disc and reinserted it multiple times, I’ve closed out the game, restarted my Xbox and everything I can think of. 

      nothing has prompted for the new update. Is there something I’m not doing or is this an ongoing issue? Please help. 

      note: I’ve had the game since it launched and it’s been up to date on the updates.

    Thank you. I was able to find the next gen update in the Microsoft store. I had to do some searching. Now the only problem I have is now i have Two tiles of Madden in my library. Both say Trial and both are taking up 47 gigs on my Internal 🤦‍♂️🤷‍♂️. I did play a game last night and it was next gen btw. Not sure if I should delete one of the game tiles.

      @lilrog21us943 You can delete the previous gen if you want to. It allows you to have access to both generations of the game if you want to play either one.

        How do I know which one is next gen? One tile is White background and the other is Grey
