    @ryanwoodward20 I had to go to the microsoft store on my xbox and search for madden and there i saw it for Series X/S and it said i already owned it so i just downloaded it. There was no notification and i downloaded an entirely new game not an update. There are now 2 versions on my series x, the xbox one version and the xbox series x/s version. I hope that help you find it.

What region are you both from and what editions did you purchase? The teams are aware of certain regions still having trouble upgrading and we're working with both Sony & Microsoft on it.

      I’m still waiting for an update and haven’t had a response. Picked up and purchased the mvp madden edition from Best around August 23, 2020. And I can’t even play it on the PS5 digital. Paid $108 dollars and still waiting to play the next Gen? 2k didn’t do what you guys are doing? Everyone that bought the one edition had no issues even the digital version. Made a case and it’s like y’all think I’m lying to y’all. Need help because this is day 3 without playing the next Gen Madden21
