Summarize your bug I have many issues. 1- My madden is telling me that I have a trial version. Even though I have purchased the version for Xbox one and series x when it came out. This happened with the new update for next gen. 2- My online record was reset with the new update to next gen version. 3- and most important. I can’t change my play call type in visual feedback/ play calling. It’s stuck on the 3 play enhanced version. I use default. The ability to change it has completely disappeared.

What do you expect to see? I expect to have the version of madden I paid for not tell me it’s a trial version. I expect to be able to change my play calling setting just like I have been able to do before the next gen update.

I don’t have a “trail” version. I bought madden when it first came out. It’s enhanced foe both Xbox one and series x. Once I got the series x and you guys released the next gen version it stopped letting me play old version and now said I have a trial version even though I use my disc to install?!?!?
I can’t change my play call ability. It won’t let me change it from the 3 play enhanced version. I use default. Always have. The option to even change it to anything has completely disappeared. I sent a picture to show it’s no longer there.
