Madden NFL 21 PC Crashing/Freezing

Returning to the main menu leads to the game exiting without warning or prompt.

Game also crashes to desktop with a GPU driver related error. I was unable to capture the text but I will update when I get it again.

Summarize your bug Since 5PM, I've been unable to load into a game of Madden (tried MUT, Skill trainer and exhibition). While starting to load the game, the loading symbol and the music stops and doesn't restart for at least 5min.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Load a game in any match mode.
What happens when the bug occurs? The loading symbol stops and the game freezes.
What do you expect to see? The match continuing to load.

What can I do to solve this issue? 

I redownloaded the game, updated drivers, put graphical options to minimum and restarted my PC so far. 

My specs: 

Intel i5-7300HQ @ 2.5GHZ

16GB RAM

Nvidia GeForce GTX 1050 (2GB VRAM)

Madden 20 runned fine not great on my PC.

Same here. Freezing a bunch. Loading a game, freeze. Switch menus too quickly, freeze.

I keep freezing in Ultimate Team right as I'm trying to get into a solo challenge, without fail every time. @EA_Kent I've attached my DxDiag file, thanks for the help!

Also, I am now able to play by setting the priority on Madden 21 to realtime in task manager, not sure if it fixed the problem, or if it's by coincidence that the game didn't freeze this time.

My problem was fixed by switching to DirectX12 and restarting my PC before launching the game. However on DirectX12 there's a tendency for a crash to happen on the main menu and the game is still not very smooth for me (small freezes in the menus and loading screen).

I'll just add to this. Freezing 9/10 times when loading into solos. Random crashes in menus. And because I was annoyed with UT, I decided to start the Skill Trainer and the game crashed to desktop mid gameplay. Attached my dxdiag as well, hope you guys can get this fixed soon. I'm on Origin as well.

Attaching my DxDiag as well. Been having random crashes all day. Tried directX 11 and 12, removed any overclocking on GPU and CPU, fresh drivers, etc. All other games (including Madden 20) run fine.
