This is a typical EA issue that has happened in the past, you should get them soon. You might even receive a message from EA regarding the issue so just hang tight for now my friend.

      @SplitEmperor88 There is no specific time frame i'm afraid, I assume they will just drop in at some point. But please also follow Darko's instructions to help you further. 🙂

        @CarbonCarl I did do that, they said to contact the seller but still no packs as of now.
