Madden NFL 22 FotF Advance week glitch

I use to have no issues after playing a Rookie season as QB or HB, when I Demand Release seeing contract offers. Now, I don't see any at all and when I click to "Advance Week" from Stage 3 to Stage 4 of the Off-season the game glitches and kicks me off the server saying I'm no longer connected and takes me back to the main screen where I have to sign back into the server and my player either gets forced onto a random team after the draft or left in free agency. I play on XBOX One.
