Madden Points not showing up.

I bought 2,200 points($19.99) tonight. I got the notification e-mail from Microsfot saying the transaction went through but the point were never added.

Please allow up to 24hrs for the transaction to be completed. If after this time you still do not have the points then do contact an Advisor as below.

I bought madden points for the PlayStation store and they are not showing up in game. I actually bought points twice five minutes or so apart the other ones showed up but not the first and I have receipts for both transactions.

This is lame, madden 20 is dropping the ball on this. I've never had this problem before! WHAT IF THE PACK WERE TRYING TO BUY ISNT AVAILABLE FOR 24 HOURS. I JUST BOUGHT THE DAMN POINTS FOR NOTHING
