Madden Points not showing up after purchase

I purchased Madden Points last night and they will not show up on my account.

    Hey there. 

    Missing content isn't something we can investigate here on Answers HQ, I'm afraid. If you're still not seeing those coins it would be best to reach out to the EA Help team so they can take a look. They should be able to verify proof of purchase with you and help get them added. 

    For more info on how to set up a case with them check out the EA Help website. If you prefer you can also speak with them via Twitter or Facebook as well.

Same it has been 3 weeks and I bought the biggest bundle of points and it still; has not shown up on my account but the money was taken out of my credit card I am really upset with EA and the scams,
