I used to be ranked in Madden, but my ranking disappeared weeks ago. My record has been stable since it disappeared. Just played against an opponent that has fewer points than me and only a few more wins, but is ranked top 5,000. What gives? How do I get this looked into?

Is this the same for Madden 22?? My ranking disappeared on Madden 22 also.
