Madden ranking disappeared

I used to be ranked in Madden, but my ranking disappeared weeks ago. My record has been stable since it disappeared. Just played against an opponent that has fewer points than me and only a few more ...

The team is aware that this can unexpectedly happen. Please continue to play full matches without quitting and the rank should eventually return.

Is the team still “aware?” Because it’s still a problem. 

I won 12 in a row and still no rank back. 

oh and we still can’t use custom playbooks.
