Have you tried deleting the game from your console and re-installed the full game from your library? We've seen this message pop up if there was still trial time left on Madden if you played it prior to purchasing it.
- I tried deleting and reinstalling it does the same thing

To be clear, you don't have an EA Play membership and you own the full standalone game?Yes I own the full game
