Madden Says I need EA Access

I am trying to play Madden20 but when I press a button to start, a screen loads telling me, “Thank you for trying out Madden NFL 20. Your signed in account requires an active EA Access Subscription. Please purchase EA Access and try again.” This hasn’t happened before and i don’t know what to do.

    Is the game being shared to you from another account?

    To create an EA account you just have to load up the game. If your PSN ID has never played an EA game before it will prompt to create an account. If it doesn't ask you, that means you've already set up an EA account with that PSN ID in the past.
