Has anyone had any luck on getting training points refunded back. I recently redeemed 800 training points to help me get the 6k super bowl rings needed to purchase the 92+ Full Legend Pack it was unavailable for purchase. I contacted support online and they were no help. Is it possible to refund my 1000 super bowl rings to get my 800 training points back? It took some time to collect those.
Community ManagerThere are specific promotions in game that are for a limited amount of time. In most cases if you fail to achieve all the currency you need to purchase a pack (such as in this case with the Super Bowl rings) our staff is not able to refund those for players that did complete it in time. The Madden team is exceptionally vocal on Twitter with details around promotional deadlines and link articles explaining the programs. If you see any new promotion in-game there should be more information surrounding it on Twitter.
