Madden Ultimate Team: Access Denied
I am going around and around with EA on how my account has been restricted from MUT. I opened a case last week and have not been provided any information other than they said they completed an investigation and they are saying my account was in breach of their rules. The issue with this is that I have legitimately done nothing wrong. I don't even play any modes against other users, and I don't engage with anything coin related outside of the authorized methods within Auction House. I am truly baffled at how all of this happened, and I am even more baffled that I can't get a resolution. I have 0 correspondence as to why my account is banned. I have no idea what I'm even accused of. I just don't know where to go from here because so far, I don't know how the long the ban is for, what it's for, or a clear path to a resolution. I am 100% certain that I have done nothing to violate TOS.

- Click Contact us at the top of any page on EA Help.
- Select the game that your account was banned or suspended from. If it’s on your whole EA Account, choose Origin.
- Choose your platform.
- Select Manage my account, then Banned or suspended account.
- Fill out any other details below.
- For example, if you picked Origin, it might ask you if you are accessing the game through an Origin Access membership.
- Click Select contact option.
- Sign in to your account that has the ban or suspension, if you aren’t already.
