Madden Ultimate Team H2H Not playable (please help)

when i try to play draft champions or regular head to head it says "An unexpected error has occured while starting the game." also when i play head to head in ultimate team i get to the loading screen that says estimated wait time 20 seconds, and then it loads for 10-15 seconds and then just backs out with no error message. please help

    are you on Xbox or PlayStation? I'm having the same problem on Xbox, and have since the game released. I've contacted EA several times about it and they don't give a *. they've done nothing but tell me Its not on their end. they say it must be me. they're criminals
