Madden Ultimate Team Maintenance - Dec 13, 2:50PM ET

Hi all, 

The MUT servers will be taken down for maintenance while the team works on fixing the issues that are preventing events from registering properly:

    Hey Madden Ultimate Team Community,

    On Friday, December 13th and Saturday, December 14th, players reported that they were experiencing issues with their progress not being recorded correctly in Ultimate Challenges, Solo Battles, and other online modes.

    The MUT Development Team investigated various options on how to address this situation for impacted players; however, each solution created an additional level of risk that would result in more issues and incorrect progress being tracked. As a result, the team has decided to do the following for this week.
    • Solo Battles: Rewards this week for Solo Battles will be doubled
    • Weekend League: Rewards for Weekend League will be doubled and Weekend League will be OPEN for all players.
    Again, we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused players and we thank you for your patience while our teams worked to address the issue over the weekend.

    Which console generation do you have? PlayStation 4

    Date/time issue occurred Today
    What type of issue do you have? Crash/Freeze
    Which mode has this happened in? Ultimate Team
    Which part of the mode? MUT Squads
    Summarize your bug I can’t renter ultimate team yesterday before the maintenance thing happened I got in for a couple seconds before going somewhere but I try later on and the maintenance is happening but now I’m hearing it’s over and it still tells me the servers can’t start it or something it won’t lemme get in tho I can play face of the franchise play now or exhibition but no mut or superstar ko
    How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
    Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don’t know what to do it’s weird I just wanna play mut
    What happens when the bug occurs? It tells me there’s an error and returns me to the menu
    What do you expect to see? I wanna see mut and play now the menu

    Please keep an eye on this post for additional updates. MUT servers are back online, though. Thanks for sticking it out with us.

    Hey Madden Ultimate Team Community,

    I just wanted to provide you all with some updates regarding the Madden Ultimate Team mode.

    • Players should be able to get back into Madden Ultimate Team at this time. The Madden Team will continue to monitor activity in the mode throughout the day and the weekend.
    • NFL 100 Content for Week 4 (Release 1 and 2) for TE & OL have been released in game (i.e. Missions/Ultimate Challenges/Players, etc.)
    • Solo Battles and Weekend League are back online
    • Gauntlet II Missions and Gauntlet II Ultimate Challenges are back online

    The next step will be for the MUT Team to assess the impact to players from the issues the last 24+ hours. Once I have more details on next steps, I will work with the MUT Team to put out an update on the EA Forums.
