Madden Ultimate Team

I'm trying to sign up for MUT Rewards, but I can't.. I have Madden 16, I have PlayStation 3. Every time I try to sign up, it asks me for a Gamertag, I don't have a Gamertag; I have a PSN. I need help, thank you.......
