madden won't let me buy points

I have added funds to madden and it won't let me buy points.

Please help me!! I got a twenty dollar playstation network card for Christmas and I purchased 2200 madden ultimate team points and they never came through!!!!

And under my billing info it claims the transaction was complete yet I have no points
